    In-person or synchronous online training exploring DEI in the organizational culture, client base and community profile.

    A 360-degree review from recruitment to retirement, with a focus on strategic investment, human resources, marketing and community development.

    Common topics:

    the discomfort of unlearning, well-being through diversity, equality vs. equity, truth and reconciliation, allyship, identifying bias and microaggressions, calling in vs. calling out, trauma-responsive workplaces, community engagement for collective health

  • Many organizations are legislated to have policies and practices that specifically address accessibility, human rights, violence and harassment. DEI terminology and practices have evolved, and EQU works with organizations to ensure policies are up to date.

    EQU consultants engage staff and leadership teams (and customers/clients, if desired) to review policies and practices through a DEI lens.

    A report with actionable recommendations and best practices will provide tools needed to grow a welcoming and inclusive community culture.
