DEI Made Approachable and Applicable

The DEI journey is personal, and the conversations we’re having about it are unique to every business and community. With roots in business development, entrepreneurship, and DEI research and education, we understand where business owners are coming from.

Mission

At EQU, we explore and evolve team and leadership conversations, centring context and place to better understand why diverse voices and inclusive opportunities are essential to equitable, healthy communities.

Vision

EQU inspires connection and transformation through conversation to nurture spaces where all people are reflected and respected.

EQU collaborates with associates who represent the lived professional and personal experiences of our clients.
